The space

This property is available for longer stays in the low season. We may be able to offer reduced rates on a case-by-case basis, so please do not hesitate to contact us for more information. 

Getting around

There is free street parking nearby, and the building is located near the Quarteira Bus Terminal. Walking distance is an understatement! Walk across the street to the nearest restaurant and the nearest market. Take a five-minute stroll down the road, where you will find a vast array of shops, bars, and restaurants, some of which serve fine wine and provide exciting evening entertainment, including live music.

Where you’ll be 

Spend the warm, sunny days at the beach, sunbathing, or cooling down in the Atlantic Ocean, as the beach is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. A car rental is not essential, as you will find absolutely everything you need for your perfect holiday within easy walking distance.

Adventure seekers and leisure lovers alike will revel in the array of activities available right from our doorstep, with cycling around Quarteira being a particular highlight. Venture a little further to discover the Albufeira Marina or catch a train from Tunes Train Station, both within easy reach. Faro Airport, your gateway to and from this idyllic retreat, is just 24 kilometers away.

SEF Requirements

All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourist and guest information to the Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). Upon booking, we will send you a blank SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.

Other things to note

• A refundable deposit of €350 is required in cash upon arrival or paid via PayPal. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out upon a satisfactory inspection and using the same payment method.
  
  
• Discounted longer stays are possible during the low season (November to March). Ask for details.
  
  
• Housekeeping is provided under the Portuguese "Clean Safe" quality mark, ensuring all government guidelines are followed to the highest standards.
