Refundable: 100% refund for cancellations up to 60 days before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. 0% refund for cancellations made after 30 days before check-in.
Long-term stay cancellation policy (if applicable): for guests who book 28 nights or more. Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
No refunds: if the client is a no-show and/or if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his or her stay.

When booking on our website, a refundable deposit of €350 is required in cash upon arrival or paid via PayPal. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out upon a satisfactory inspection and using the same payment method.
HOUSE RULES
1. Please be considerate of your neighbours, some of whom live there permanently.
**Quiet time is between 11:00 PM (23:00) and 7:00 AM (7:00). **
2. We ask that you please throw away your trash before check-out, as it's not always easy for the cleaner to take it all, as well as all the linen.
**Guests will be charged €25 for leaving trash behind.**
3. Accidents happen, but it's important to remember that the doors CAN'T be opened from the outside (and sometimes the inside) without a key, so ALWAYS keep the keys with you when you go outside! And please be careful with them, as they are expensive to replace.
**Locking yourself out or losing the keys will result in a charge of €30. Losing or breaking an entry remote will result in a charge of €80.**
4. We are legally required to report tourist and guest information to the Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). Please be sure to send Gianny the required details for EACH guest (children included) in advance.
**We cannot check in any guest who has not provided us with this information.**

Located in a condominium of similar apartments, this eclectic 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday home has a large, fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living and dining room.
The living spaces and bedrooms feature parquet flooring. There is a library of vintage books in the living room and beautiful artwork throughout the apartment.
The balcony has a separate enclosed office space and a view of the beach that can also be seen from the dining room.
The master bedroom has Portuguese-style furniture, including a double bed with bedside tables and reading lights, a dresser and mirror, a clothes butler, a built-in wardrobe, and a balcony.
The second bedroom has a double bed that lights up, a bedside table, a dresser with a mirror, a clothes butler, and a large built-in wardrobe.
The main bathroom has a bathtub, a bidet, and a built-in cabinet. The powder room has a toilet, a sink, and a shower.

Getting around
There is free street parking nearby, and the building is located above the Quarteira Bus Terminal. Walking distance is an understatement! Walk across the street to the nearest restaurant and down a couple flights of stairs to the nearest market that has everything you'll need and more! Take a three-minute stroll down the road, where you will find a vast array of shops, bars, and restaurants, some of which serve fine wine and provide exciting evening entertainment, including live music.
Where you’ll be
Spend the warm, sunny days at the beach, sunbathing or cooling down in the Atlantic Ocean, as the beach is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
A car rental is not essential, as you will find absolutely everything you need for your perfect holiday within easy walking distance of the apartment.

SEF Requirements
All property owners in Portugal are legally required to report tourist and guest information to the Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). At the time of booking, we will send you a blank SEF form that you must complete and return to us prior to your arrival. This is a mandatory requirement.
