The Space

Located in a quiet cliff-top condominium just above the beach, this 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom holiday home is designed for comfort and easy living.

Inside, you’ll find:

• A fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee machine
• An open-plan living and dining room with a large smart TV (streaming services) and Wi‑Fi
• A large private rooftop terrace, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the sea breeze

The recently renovated shared pool offers stunning views over Carvoeiro, its cove, and the beach. From the rooftop terrace, the main bedroom, and the living room windows, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Algarve coastline.

Sleeping arrangements:

• Master bedroom: super-king size bed, built-in wardrobe, and desk
• Second bedroom: super-king size bed that can be prepared as 2 single beds

Bathrooms:

• Main bathroom: recently renovated with a walk-in shower
• Guest WC on the main floor: toilet, sink, and mirror

Getting Around

There is free street parking for a small number of cars, plus a garage parking space available. Walking is the best way to enjoy the beach, shops, and restaurants, all just a short stroll from the property.

Location – Where You’ll Be

Perched on the cliffs, the townhouse is an easy 3-minute walk to Praia do Carvoeiro, a sandy bay surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shops. Carvoeiro offers the perfect blend of traditional Portuguese charm and modern tourist facilities.

Nearby you’ll find:

• Several golf courses
• Water parks
• A tennis club
• Horseback riding
• A variety of water sports
• The Carvoeiro Boardwalk (around 10 minutes on foot), with a path and stone steps built into the cliffs

Within about 15 minutes by car, you can reach:

• Carvalho Beach – a hidden gem accessed through tunnels carved into the cliffs, where children love the “secret” staircase
• Benagil – ideal for cliff-top walks or boat trips from Carvoeiro to the famous Benagil caves
• Other beautiful beaches, including Praia da Marinha and Praia de Vale de Centeanes

For shopping, visit:

• Aqua Shopping Centre in Portimão (west of Carvoeiro)
• Algarve Shopping Mall in Guia, near Albufeira (to the east)

Both are around 15 minutes away by car. With so much nearby, you may find that the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere makes you want to stay close to home.

SEF Requirements

All property owners in Portugal are legally required to report guest information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). After booking, we will send you a SEF form to complete and return before arrival. This is a mandatory requirement for all guests.

City Tax – From 13 April 2024

A municipal city tax applies to all guests aged 13 and over:

• From April 1 to October 31: €2 per person, per night
• From November 1 to March 31: €1 per person, per night

The tax is charged for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, regardless of how the stay is booked (in person or online).

• By bank transfer (including via WISE, with local bank details available for different countries – please contact us for these details)

Other Things to Note

• A refundable security deposit of €350 is required, payable in cash on arrival or via PayPal. It will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, following a satisfactory inspection, using the same payment method.
• Discounted longer stays are available during the low season (November to March) – please ask for details.
• Housekeeping is provided under the Portuguese “Clean & Safe” quality mark, following all government guidelines to the highest standards.

Your co-host, Gianny, is always available during your stay. He will organize a meet-and-greet on arrival, answer any questions, and help resolve any issues quickly.
