- Refundable: 100% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations up to 7 days before check-in. 0% refund for cancellations made after 7 days before check-in.
- Long-term stay cancellation policy (if applicable): Full refund up to 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
- No refunds: if the client is a no-show and/or if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his or her stay.

When booking on our website, a refundable deposit of €350 is required in cash upon arrival or paid via PayPal. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out upon a satisfactory inspection and using the same payment method.

Located in a quiet private condominium just a 10-minute drive to the beach, this wonderful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living and dining room. The home also has a large private terrace ideal for sunbathing, and each room has its own balcony. The shared adult and children's pools have peaceful views of vast and carefully manicured green areas.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed or 2 single beds, a built-in wardrobe, and a desk. The second bedroom has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a desk.
The main bathroom has a bathtub, a sink, a toilet, and a bidet. The guest bathroom on the main floor has a toilet, a sink, and a walk-in shower.
Winter rentals
This property is available for longer stays in the low season. We can offer discounted rates on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us for more information.
Getting around
There is free outdoor parking for a large number of cars located at the front and back of the home, and a garage parking space is available. Driving to the beach, shops, and restaurants is the best way to enjoy these attractions.
Where you’ll be
Located in a closed condominium, it is a short walk from the nearest minimarket and café across the street. It's just a 9-minute drive to the beach, Praia da Oura, which is a small sandy beach surrounded by rocks. Albufeira is the perfect blend of Portuguese heritage with modern tourist hotspots. Locally, there are a variety of golf courses, water parks, a tennis club, horseback riding, and water sports.
Within a short car journey (about 12 minutes), you can reach the popular Old Town of Albufeira, where you will find a vast array of shops, stylish boutiques, bars, and restaurants, some of which serve fine wine and provide exciting evening entertainment, including live music.
Enjoy shopping? Visit the Albufeira Shopping Centre just 12 minutes south or the Algarve Shopping Mall in Guia just 10 minutes west. They are both within easy reach by car.
SEF Requirements
All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourist and guest information to the Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). Upon booking, we will send you a blank SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
City Tax Implementation: Effective May 21, 2024
According to the regulations, the fee is two euros between April 1 and October 31 and one euro per night between November 1 and March 31, and will be charged for a maximum of seven consecutive nights to all guests aged 13 or over.
The measure applies to paid overnight stays in tourist resorts, local accommodation establishments, campsites, and caravan parks, regardless of the booking method (in person, analogue, or digitally).
You have the option to make payments either in cash directly to Gianny, via PayPal to rentals@casaandkeyalgarve.com, or through a bank transfer.
Other things to note
